ChristyClix is one of my favorite PTC sites. They have a low cashout of $1 and lots of ads. That means you can earn decent money and cashout every month, even if you don't have any referrals. The admin is also very active and online to answer questions.

They offer ads that can be clicked for points and for cash. I prefer to click for cash only. If you want to click for cash and not points, be sure to scroll down the list of available ads and look for ads with a cash value instead of a point value.
